    Site tightened to MVP-honest.

    Pulled fabricated customer stories and unrun research. Compare pages archived until we have three design partners. Compliance framing softened from 'produces evidence' to 'designed to produce.' New /roadmap page: two published phases (MVP-ready + Next); horizon beyond Next stays in the design-partner conversation on purpose. MVP status ribbon added to every page. Waitlist option added to the contact form.
