Pricing questions.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because the honest number depends on fleet size, deployment mode, and how much of the compliance and integration surface you need. We'd rather have a fifteen-minute call than a per-host sticker that either scares off the mid-market or short-changes the enterprise buyer.

How does the quote get built?

You tell us host count, laptops and servers both, region, deployment mode (SaaS / self-host / air-gap), and what integrations you'll actually use. We come back with a fixed annual number. One page, no hidden line items, no procurement gymnastics.

Is there a free or trial tier?

Not while we're in MVP. When a Community tier lands, it will be the Drig agent binary for a single host. CLI, no console, community support. We'll announce it here when it ships.

Founding-customer terms?

Founding-customer terms are available while we are in MVP, in exchange for a monthly feedback call and, if you'd like, logo rights. Talk to us for the details.

Procurement, MSA, SOC 2 evidence?

We're building the procurement pack alongside the MVP: MSA template, DPA, and a CycloneDX SBOM with every release are ready today. SOC 2 and a penetration test are planned, not done, and our security page says which is which. Ask us where we are today and we will not overstate it.
